Services like Twilio phone numbers, LeadConnector email domains, and other third-party integrations may continue incurring charges even when your account is paused.Upon cancellation, we will release any associated third-party resources (e.g., phone numbers) and terminate connected services.You remain responsible for any charges accrued until those resources are fully deactivated.

16.3 Customer Communication and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for exporting or backing up any critical data prior to cancellation. We strongly recommend downloading any needed assets or contact records before your account enters a paused or canceled state.
